I got in a car accident when I was 20 years old and injured my hip. As a stubborn young man, I bypassed the physical therapy exercises suggested to me and went about my early and mid 20s in fairly good shape. It wasn’t until I began working more laborious jobs in my late 20s and into my 30s that my hip began to bother me and I needed some relief.

Tina not only was proactive in getting my story, but she also tailored a workout plan specifically geared towards increasing my flexibility in my left hip and overall. With familial back problems also a concern, she also focused on a number of exercises to strengthen my core.
