What is holistic training?
Personal training that comprises of three key pillars…
Fitness
A body in motion, stays in motion. What we do in the gym should translate to how we move in every day life. Whether that includes activities of daily life or sport specific training, your fitness program should build and reflect healthy movement patterns. As a result, you increase your chances of successful results and physical longevity.
Fuel
Food is fuel and is easily misunderstood. While most people may know that what you eat matters, it’s often difficult to find reliable sources of information. Through guided macronutrient calculation and nutrition tracking, building goal-oriented eating habits doesn’t have to be overwhelming.
Wellness
The majority of our time is spent outside of the gym incorporating stressors both from activity and mental tension. Through SMART habit, wellness and recovery goals, you can add new skills to your toolkit to improve your recovery and build a healthy lifestyle.

Client Testimonials
I got in a car accident when I was 20 years old and injured my hip. As a stubborn young man, I bypassed the physical therapy exercises suggested to me and went about my early and mid 20s in fairly good shape. It wasn’t until I began working more laborious jobs in my late 20s and into my 30s that my hip began to bother me and I needed some relief.
Tina not only was proactive in getting my story, but she also tailored a workout plan specifically geared towards increasing my flexibility in my left hip and overall. With familial back problems also a concern, she also focused on a number of exercises to strengthen my core. If you’re looking for a holistic trainer who actually listens and caters a total wellness plan to your specific needs, then Tina is someone you’ll want to utilize sooner rather than later!
